Light of the world

I went to the library yesterday and I was reading about the pre raephalite English art movement. There were many different painters and different paintings but one stood out to me. It's called the light of the world and it was based off a quote from the bible I believe? 

The quote was something to do with Jesus coming to your aid and helping you. The painting was absolutely beautiful so mystical and hypnotising, exactly as id imagine how God would come to knock for us (if I can even say that?) the whole magical element to it I suppose.

Don't you love it. I mean you could say it's so stained glass window and you'd be right. But I love it so much.
